What is the commission payout for your Affiliate Program? |

We pay our Affiliates 20% commission on sales that have been referred to us by your website. |

What is the cookie duration for your Affiliate Program? |
| |
The cookie duration for our Affiliate Program is 1,095 days (three years). This means that you will earn a commission on orders for users you refer to us that do not make a purchase immediately but return to our website within 1,095 days of their initial visit. If the visitor returns via another affiliate link or marketing campaign, the most recent referrer earns credit for the sale. |

Commission payments are notified and made to Affiliates on 28th of each month.

Once approved, you will be granted access to download the code and images necessary:
Login to your affiliate account (above).
Click on Links and Marketing Tools.
Select one of the links, ads or banner that we have created.
Copy the code and use on your website and/or in your email newsletter.

Traffic (clicks), order revenue and commissions are submitted in real-time.

Are there minimum thresholds required to retain membership as an affiliate? |

There are no upfront minimums required in order to obtain an Affiliate account. Our policy currently requires sales activity in order to maintain an Affiliate account. Accounts earning $0.00 within a six month period will be reviewed and may be deactivated. |

How soon will my affiliate application be processed? |

Please allow 2-4 business days for your Affiliate application to be processed by us. |

What are some reasons that sites are rejected from the program? |

We check out every site personally. We reserve the right to refuse any site that contains objectionable material including, but not limited to: violence, pornography, inappropriate language or inappropriate content. |

My website is not based in Australia, can I still become an affiliate? |

Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world; however, customers that buy from our site must pay in Australian dollars. All commissions to our Affiliates are in Australian dollars. |

Will becoming an affiliate increase traffic to my site?

Our affiliate program is not designed specifically to drive traffic to your site. However, if you use content we provide through our affiliate program to enhance your site content, visitors may come back more often. |

How do I know how much I'm earning? |

You can access reports through your affiliate login. These reports provide information on impressions, clicks, orders, shipments and commissions that you've earned. They are updated daily so that you can have the most accurate information available - right at your fingertips. |

Do I earn commissions on returns? |
| |
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, then your account will be debited for any commission earned for that transaction. |

Who handles customer service? |
| |
We take care of all of the customers that you refer to our website. If a customer has a problem with functionality of your website, that is not something for which we provide support. |

How can you tell that orders came from my site? |
| |
When you use links created by our Affiliate Program they contain a unique identifier. Every time that a user comes to The Boating Bible Manual of Seamanship via your website, our monitoring system automatically credits you when they make a purchase. That is why it is extremely important that you use links using the Affiliate Tools in your affiliate account and/or your default affiliate link provided in your affiliate acceptance email. |
